证据等级 / Evidence grades

高共识或多项可靠人体证据

Strong evidence or broad consensus

中等证据，结论需保留边界

Moderate evidence with clear limits

主要来自动物或机制研究

Mainly animal or mechanistic evidence

证据不足，不作确定结论

Insufficient evidence for a firm conclusion

编辑与修订 / Editing and corrections

核心结论至少需要可靠来源支持。中英文必须保持科学事实一致；标题不得超过正文证据。若新研究改变结论，我们会更新最近修订日期并保留同一永久链接。

Core claims require reliable sources. Chinese and English versions must preserve the same facts, and headlines may never outrun the evidence. Material updates keep the same permanent URL and receive a new revision date.
